- Each veOST serves as one vote
- 1.Everyone can create a proposal according to the template of the proposal. The proposal must include deep details and an explanation of changes on the forum.
- 2.After creating a proposal holders of veOST can start to vote for it.
- 3.Proposal with quorum >51% will be sucessful.
- 4.Proposal with quorum <51% will be failed.
- 5.Core changes should be made with quorum >80%.
